Experiencing problems with your DMT? Here's what to do.

	• This message relates to channels not in your subscription. • Please check package selection in your subscription. • If you want to subscribe to this channel, please contact ASTRO Customer Service at 1300 82 3838. • If this channel is in your subscription, please monitor the channels with this Message for a period of 1 hour. • If the problem persists, please contact Contact Customer Service.

	• This massage relates that your DMT unable to identify smartcard or does not have a smartcard in the smartcard slot 1. • Please ensure that the smartcard is inserted ln the correct pomtion Into the Smartcard Slot 1. • Remove, clean and re-insert smartcard gently. • If the problem persists, press the standby button and power off the decoder for 15 seconds. • Switch '0N' the power and the service will resume with tha selection of any channel on the front panel display, shows time of day clock

	• Message indicates channd number selected does not exist for viewing or is not in the ASTRO List of Channels. • Check lf channe number exists by presslng 'OK' on your remote control. Use the up-down arrows keys to scroll and verify channel number. • lf channel number still does not appear, please do a manual download as listed at the bottom of this page

EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DMT?
lf the message "servce currently not available" appears on the TV screen please swltch the DMT power off for 15 seconds and then switch it on again. The service will resume with the selection of any channel once the front panel display shows time of day clock. Should you still experience loss of signal, please follow these simple steps (manual download}

Step 1
Press the 'MENU' button on your remote control.

Step 2
Select "Satelitte Signal" and press 'OK'. Please check the following AGC box must have a green bar with AGC is between 50 to 100 and 0 on (BER]

Step 3
Press 'OK' to download. Please wait for 30 seconds.

Step 4
Press 'OK' (View) on List of Services Screen.
