A Switching Fee of RM10 applies for all Package downgrades.

Administrative Fee is the fee that will be charged to customers 30 days after initial disconnection of service.

Pro-ration charges occur when your account is either disconnected, reconnected or if you have changed the subscription packages, in the middle of your billing cycle. Please refer to our Pro-ration of bills calculation method for more information.

We have to pay our programme providers even if subscribers pay after the billing period. We give ample time for subscribers to pay the monthly subscription. A late charge fee of RM10 is imposed when payment is received after the due date on your statement . This is our administrative fee for collection on overdue balance.

The reconnection fee covers the administrative cost for reactivating your service that is disconnected due to non-payment. We encourage you to pay on time and to avoid disconnection. Please refer to our convenient payment channels for an array of payment option choices.

This is the maximum time required to establish the signal to your decoder. However, the usual turnaround time is within 2 working hours.
