Convenient Payment Channels

Like other entertainment service providers, Astro bills one month in advance for the delivery of its satellite television programming and services.

Please pay before the indicated Due Date on your statement to avoid an interruption of service.
 
  
 


Note:

  1. If full payment is not received within 30 days after initial disconnection of service, an Administrative Fee of RM10.00 will apply.
  2. Clearly indicate the subscriber name, contact number and Astro's account number every time you make a payment (e.g. on bank-in slips and reverse side of the cheque).
  3. Cheque payments to be issued payable to "Astro"
    Enclose your cheque payment together with the detached lower portion of the Astro bill.
    Mail it to Astro, PO Box 10196, 50706 Kuala Lumpur.
  4. For Direct Debit, please contact your bank for standing instructions. Provide the subscriber name and Astro account number. Direct Debit service may not be available with all banks. Please check with your bank for confirmation of Direct Debit service
  5. Please inform us of any changes of billing address/ information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  1. Please note that starting from January 1, 2009, BonusLink points will not be given for new auto-debit sign-ups and pre-payment transactions as the campaign has ended.
  2. To avoid any problems in payment processing, please pay only at Astro authorised bill payment kiosks.
  3. Effective December 10, 2007 customers can pay their Astro Subscription Bill using "Bankcard" at all Astro Customer Service Centres. Only "Bankcard" from the following banks are accepted: - Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, EON Bank Group, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank and RHB Bank.
  4. Due to the price revision, customer on ‘Standing Instructions’ and ‘Direct Debit’ are reminded to adjust their credit limit with the bank an ensure sufficient funds are available in the account.
