ASTRO ON DEMAND (AOD) DRAGON PACK SUBSCRIPTION
SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Supplemental to the Astro Residential Subscription Agreement, the Astro on Demand Terms and Conditions and applicable only to AOD customers who subscribe to the Astro On Demand Dragon Pack in October and November 2008)

  1. The Astro On Demand Dragon Pack was launched on 1 November 2007. To promote the service further, Astro is offering customers who subscribe to this monthly subscription package in the month of October 2008 and November 2008 a special loyalty pricing as stated in item 2 below, until 31st January 2010.

For customers with current subscription to the Dynasty Package, the nett subscription fee will be RM34.95 per month and for customers who are not subscribing to the Dynasty Package the nett subscription fee will be RM49.95. On 1st February 2010, the subscription fee will revert to the Recommended Retail Price as stipulated in the Astro On Demand Terms and Conditions or such price as stipulated by Astro at that time.

  3. In event the customers unsubscribe to Astro On Demand Dragon Pack and resubscribe at a later date, the special loyalty pricing will no longer apply for the resubscription.

  4. Customers will be charged a prorated subscription fee irrespective of the time in the month which the subscription is made and such fees will be reflected in your Astro monthly bill.

  5. Customers are allowed to cancel its subscription to the Astro On Demand Dragon Pack irrespective of the time in the month for a prorated fee and upon cancellation, there will be a charge of RM10.00 administrative fee.

  6. For cancellation of Astro On Demand Dragon Pack, customers will have to call AOD Hotline at 1300 82 8888 or Astro Customer Service Hotline at 1300 82 3838.

  7. This offer/promotion is effective during the months of October 2008 and November 2008.
